The person or entity responsible for the data processing activities described in this policy in connection with the Game is:

This policy covers the Game and our Game-related support services. Data processing activities carried out by third parties, such as Epic Games, as part of their own services are governed by the relevant provider’s privacy policy.

2. What Information Do We Collect, and How?

A. Support Communications

When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments you send us. These may include your name, if you choose to share it, and information about your technical issue.

Please do not include passwords, full payment card details, or sensitive information unrelated to your request in support messages.

B. Epic Games and Epic Online Services Data

The Game uses Epic Games / Epic Online Services for Online Presence and Location.

As part of this integration, the Game processes Online Presence, Location, Epic Account ID, Product ID, Client ID, Achievements, Score Progress, and Session information obtained from Epic services.

This data is used to sign in to the Epic Games online ecosystem using the IDs provided to us.

C. Game Saves and Technical Information

In our games, we store game saves on our players’ devices. These saves contain only your in-game progress (such as score and level) and the session you have signed in to (Auth Login).

3. Purposes of Using Information

We process personal data, limited to the types described above, for the following purposes:

  • To enable the Game and the specified online features to function.

  • To respond to player support requests and resolve technical issues.

  • To create leaderboards by recording statistics and achievements.

  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and assess legal claims.

4. Legal Bases for Processing Data

Depending on applicable law, personal data may be processed where necessary to provide the game or support service you request, to comply with legal obligations, or to pursue legitimate interests, such as service security, while taking your rights and freedoms into account.

Where explicit consent is required, we will request it separately. You may withdraw your consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing previously carried out on the basis of that consent.

5. Sharing Information

Information is shared with the following recipients to the extent necessary for the stated purposes:

  • Epic Games / Epic Online Services: Online Presence and Location.

  • Other service provider(s): EOSCore Plugin.

  • Other players: Multiplayer features, Sessions, and Scoreboards.

  • Competent authorities and legal advisers: Where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or protect legal rights.

For information about Epic Games’ own data processing practices, see the Epic Games Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Our retention periods or deletion criteria are as follows:

  • Player identifiers and online game data: EOS Auth IDs remain stored on the player’s device from the moment the player signs in to the Game until they uninstall the Game from their computer.

  • Local saves: Players may delete the progress stored on their devices through the game files at their discretion.

When the purpose of retention no longer applies, the data is deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer identify an individual. Records that must legally be retained for longer periods are kept only to the extent required by the relevant obligation.

The retention and deletion of data independently processed by Epic Games are governed by Epic’s own policies.

7. Your Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to obtain information about your personal data, access it, correct inaccurate information, request its deletion, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and exercise data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

You may send your requests to contactvaultgames@gmail.com. Please specify the name of the relevant game and your request in your message. To fulfill your request securely, we may ask only for the additional identity verification information that is necessary.

Requests will be answered within the applicable legal time limits. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason.

For requests to delete your Epic account or data independently processed by Epic, you must use Epic Games’ relevant account and privacy channels.

8. Children’s Privacy

Each of our games has its own age rating. You can find these ratings in the “Age Rating” section displayed on the game’s Epic Games Store page.

If you believe your child has shared personal data inappropriately, you may contact us so that we can assess the situation.

9. Changes to This Policy

Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the last updated date will be revised. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law and obtain renewed consent where necessary.
